The Big Picture team-building exercise starts with participants forming small teams, each equipped with brushes, paints, a chart of their individual canvas, and a blank canvas to bring their vision to life. Teams begin by mixing paints to achieve the perfect colours and collaborating to fill their canvases. Almost immediately, they discover that creating the larger masterpiece requires coordination with other teams, highlighting the power of collaboration. The exercise culminates in a dramatic unveiling ceremony, where, after a reflective debrief, all participants see the completed artwork for the first time—always met with cheers, laughter, and thunderous applause.
