Team Wellbeing is a collaborative team building activity where participants are encouraged to consider their role in team well-being during play and work. Groups engage in various physical, mental, and creative activities conducted through group tablets, where each group focuses on small daily actions and behaviours. Team prosperity takes place in three stages. In the first stage, the participants realized that their actions affected the happiness of other group members. In the second stage, the participants decide on their actions to influence collective well-being positively. In the third stage, they recognize the need for ongoing action to develop consistent behaviour. Teams develop a plan with specific actions and deadlines to maintain everyone's happiness and list them on the happiness tree. The Health Tree can be hung in the office as a reminder of their commitment to health and continued action.
