Give Backpack is a CSR team building activity in which teams participate in various engaging challenges to fill backpacks for people without housing. Each team is assigned exciting, engaging, and sometimes challenging tablet tasks. Teams enter their answers, including photos and videos of their achievements. By completing challenges, teams are rewarded with items to fill their backpacks. Items include non-perishable food and toiletries. The layout and practicality of the Backpack are essential; Teams must meet the criteria established at the program's start. After completing the Backpack, the champion team is revealed! The winning team receives an additional donation to a cause worthy of B1G1. The filled backpacks were donated to a local homeless shelter.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Giving Backpacks is an opportunity to unite your team by helping the most disadvantaged. This program encourages creative thinking and problem-solving. Giving enhances individual morale, and a sense of pride and belonging is developed in the group. Give Backpack is about helping those in need while ensuring the team has a great, shared experience that stays with them long after the program is over.
Corporate Social Responsibility Outcomes
