Evoking the sounds of the Deep South, the harmonica blues is more than just an instrument. In the Harmony Harmony, participants are given a series of exciting exercises culminating in a mass harmonica performance that will make the blues disappear and be remembered for a long time.
Starting with breathing exercises, the group was introduced to their instrument, then moved on to blues harp basics by one of the greatest blues harmonica players in the world. Soon, participants will be playing the blues together and lounging to the infectious rhythms of a freight train relentlessly heading south through the Mississippi Delta.
For an inexpensive and fun alternative, our in-house entertainers can energize your band by guiding them through a series of activities and using notation—music to teach them how to harmonize and play the blues in a simple but effective way.
