Teams dive into each category by exploring generational traits before tackling relevant trivia, creative tasks, and discussion prompts. Completing challenges earns them points—and bonus points can be gained through physical station tasks scattered around the room.
The experience ends with a collaborative final challenge that unites all teams and highlights the power of multi-generational workplace training.
